I’ve spent more than three decades building businesses the same way I fix a good cup of coffee: strong, simple, and with a little bit of edge. My career hasn’t followed a straight line. I’ve gone from heavy equipment, to fitness and coaching, to building insurance brokerages and related companies, to digital marketing and automation, to commercial tech sales, and now… drones.
But the thread running through all of it is this:
- use technology to make better decisions
- build better systems and
- always keep the human element front and center.
I learned early in my career, especially in the insurance industry, that data isn’t just numbers in a CRM. It’s a story of how people behave, what they need, and where businesses miss the mark.
When I started harnessing data properly in my business's, things changed.

- And the businesses I built became more predictable, less stressful, and a lot more profitable.
I didn’t get here by being the smartest guy in the room. I got here by staying curious. When something new came along, I dug into it, broke it apart, rebuilt it, and figured out how it could either reduce risk, increase sales, or eliminate wasted effort.
This mindset has followed me into Raven Drone Services. Today, drones are simply the next tool in my belt.
